Bear Creek Camp is located outside Connersville, Indiana, surrounded by 318 acres of beautiful natural landscape.
Who owns and operates the camp?
The camp is owned and operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and managed by full-time senior service missionaries.
What is the camp’s capacity?
The camp can accommodate up to 458 campers at one time.
What kind of camping is available?
Bear Creek provides a primitive camping experience with both tent and platform camping options.
What amenities are available?
Facilities include dining pavilions, eating shelters, modern shower houses, and restrooms.
What activities are offered?
Activities include archery, hatchet throwing, climbing, volleyball, soccer, kayaking, swimming, fishing, hiking, and orienteering.
When will the Faith in Christ Walk open?
The Faith in Christ Walk is expected to open in April 2026. It is a guided spiritual experience that allows participants to reflect on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ
